- With over 35 years of deep contact center expertise, USAN delivers modern agentic CX solutions and a white-glove approach to optimizing and managing cloud contact center environments through its managed services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development principles
- Experience with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Project experience with one or more technologies in our stack (C#, JS, NodeJS, Python, HTML/CSS)
- Experience with AWS or cloud services
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Experience with git
