About the role
- As a Senior Proposals Development Associate at ICON, you will facilitate the development and preparation of proposals for clinical trials, thereby contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough reviews of proposal documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
- You will have a strong foundation in proposal development, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
Nice to have
- Experience working on Late Phase proposals / RFPs preferred.

- Previous experience in proposal development, project coordination, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
