Responsibilities
- You'll own searches for our early career roles across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess candidates.
- Own recruiting for our highest-volume and early career roles across People, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Storytelling.
- Proactive communication and high agency: You own your work, communicating clearly about progress and blockers.

Requirements
- 2+ years full-time experience in sales, customer success, business development, growth, or another role that required proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

Compensation
- For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $151,000 per year.
