Responsibilities
- Lead & Empower Your Team
- Lead by example with account management/site leadership.
- Support, mentor, and develop a diverse team of account managers and field service engineers.
- Drive Growth Through Collaboration
- Partner with your team to achieve regional growth and performance goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts and new business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Drive efficiency and cost control initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science); relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu.
