Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to serving with excellence behind the scenes.
- This role requires someone who can use their God-given gifts in administration, communication, organization, and relationship building while supporting leadership and staff across the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, discretion, and a servant-hearted approach are essential, as this position regularly interacts with staff, leadership, ministry partners, and the broader community.
- Support the Human Resources Director with day-to-day HR administration
- Coordinate job advertising and recruitment support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and filing systems
- Support job compliance and policy adherence
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Requirements
- Assist with updating policies and procedures as required
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Compensation
- The salary of this position is determined on a scale based on education and experience, and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the development of a ministry partnership team.
- Administer 360 surveys and annual planning forms
