About the role
- By rallying ourselves around a plan, TPMs will predict outcomes before they happen: unblocking dependencies in advance, managing risk proactively, and anticipating resource or staffing gaps to accomplish our goals.
- As our plans or goals update, TPMs leverage best practices around change management, further driving alignment, decision making, and documentation across Torc.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize the needs for these workstreams and work with other TPMs and engineering leaders to ensure timely design and implementation into E/E systems.
- Represent these areas to build cross-functional plans, define and verify acceptance criteria, drive alignment, and deliver these workstream's Outcomes on the Technology Roadmap to enable critical product milestones.
- You will leverage this roadmap, partnering with other TPMs and engineering leadership to inform the short and long-term priorities of these workstreams to support engineering in advancing our company's milestones.
- Apply best practices in program management and engineering expertise to report status to leadership, initiate escalations, drive timely execution on the Technology Roadmap including its dependencies, risks, and changes.
- Experience integrating safety case, requirements, and acceptance criteria into Systems and SW design

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or similar industries.
- A strong track record of driving execution of cross-functional programs and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing a cross-functional roadmap, including the dependencies, risks, and change management
- Ability to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to different audiences
- Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle Industry
- Experience designing and releasing to safety standards
- Experience leading a team to a production launch
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- You will demonstrate the following with proficiency:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field plus demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 6+ years of experience OR
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field plus demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 3+ years of experience
Compensation
- $177,300 - $212,800 USD
