The Recovery Collections Senior Portfolio Specialist is a highly empowered role that works creatively with customers while driving Clicklease's portfolio performance goals.
This much sought-after position offers the opportunity to directly influence delinquent account workflows, servicing strategies, operational processes, repossession efforts, and third-party recovery solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and innately motivated to make a positive and lasting difference for their customers, company and the small business community.

Maintain accurate account records, servicing documentation, and operational updates within company systems.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding account actions, documentation, and compliance requirements.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months Independently manage assigned portfolio workflows with minimal supervision.
Builds strong working relationships across collections, repossession, legal support, and portfolio operations teams.

What You Have High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of experience in commercial and/or consumer collections, repossession, legal, portfolio servicing, financial operations, customer account management, or related operational environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems/platforms.
