Responsibilities
- accelerating discovery, prototyping, refactoring, testing, documentation, debugging, and product thinking, while applying strong judgment to ensure the final experience is secure, maintainable, accessible, and genuinely useful for our partners.
- Owning high-impact frontend experiences from concept to launch, translating complex product and partner needs into clear, performant, and accessible user interfaces.
- Raising the bar for frontend quality across architecture, component design, state management, testing, performance, and maintainability, with a bias toward patterns that help teams move faster without creating long-term drag.
- Using AI-native development practices to improve engineering velocity and product quality, including rapid prototyping, assisted debugging, test generation, code review support, documentation, and exploration of new interaction patterns.
- Partnering closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguity into shippable solutions that create measurable value for MSPs and their clients.
- Helping evolve our frontend platform and design system so product teams can deliver consistent, polished experiences across ScalePad's growing suite of products.
