Responsibilities

  • We act as strategic partners, ensuring timely delivery and resilient supply chains.
  • This role in summary As the Material Lead, you will drive the strategic oversight of end-to-end material flow, planning, and execution across internal and external operations.
  • Your responsibilities will include Architect and execute comprehensive strategies to drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Engagement (SQCD) metrics, championing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies across the materials organization.
  • Manage robust inventory control policies and commercial supplier relationships to ensure efficient, resilient supply chain operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize total cost, maintain inventory targets, and deliver on customer commitments.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex supplier relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of supply chain management principles and industry-standard manufacturing regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Nice to have

  • Preferred skills and experiences 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with direct experience in SAP preferred.
