As Senior Associate, FP&A, you will be at the center of how CLEAR plans, forecasts, and allocates resources.
Our offices are bright and energetic with an open concept and plenty of conference rooms and casual co-working spaces.

Serve as the finance partner to senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People-building trusted relationships and becoming a go-to thought partner for their business
Manage opex and capex budgets in partnership with the business, and own department monthly budget vs. actuals processes with succinct, actionable commentary
Empower business leaders to actively own their P&Ls by building intuitive reporting, leading financial reviews, and translating numbers into decisions
Help drive cost savings and new growth initiatives by building detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making
Support creation of Investor Relations, Board of Director, and Management Financial Review materials
Business leaders who feel equipped to own and manage their P&Ls-and who come to you proactively
Analytical horsepower, meaning you love building models and are equally comfortable translating complex financial data into clear, executive-ready narratives

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline

5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth or publicly traded company, with a track record of owning forecasting and planning processes
Deep hands-on expertise with FP&A systems-NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar EPM/CPM platforms
experience leading a system implementation or major upgrade is a strong plus

Strong relationships and regular ongoing dialogue with senior functional leaders across the business
Accuracy and timeliness of financial forecasting and reporting across your business areas
Meaningful contribution to reducing forecast and approval cycle times
Quality and clarity of materials prepared for senior leadership and the Board
Tangible improvements to forecasting processes and tools

Build dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models to support annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position.

Outside of the office, we invest in your well-being and learning & development with stipends and reimbursement programs.
The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
