- This full-time in-office role reports to the CEO at HEVO's headquarters in Brooklyn, New York.
- The candidate will have an outstanding reputation and hunger for driving product innovation and development, managing diverse teams, and performing with honesty, empathy, vision, and optimism.
Responsibilities
- HEVO is seeking a Power Electronics engineering leader to accelerate its technology developments and lead the power engineering team.
- The leader will be expected to design to automotive standards, manage complex development and integration programs with HEVO's OEM partners, and coach a team of engineers to reach company objectives.
Requirements
- This individual must have the ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization, including major automotive and industry partners.
Compensation
- $150k-$220k
