About the role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting payroll and procurement processes, and assisting with various audits.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of core accounting workstreams and contribute to the ongoing development of our finance practices as the company scales.

Month-End Close: Support the monthly financial close process by preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and ensuring all close tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, documentation, and controls, and partner with the Accounting Manager to implement changes that increase efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Customer Experience, RevOps, and other departments to support effective processes and resolve accounting-related inquiries.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed to drive revenue and cost efficiencies.

Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
Minimum of 3+ years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
You have experience in the tech industry, specifically SaaS, software, or fintech verticals.
You are a builder with a track record of increasing responsibilities and expanding your skills.
You have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to data accuracy.
