About the role
- The Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will assist our growing organization with recruiting efforts for all offices and teams.
- The role will be based in Excel's New York office.
- Posts open positions on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards, internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
- Create and extend offer letters
- Help maintain accurate data in the ATS and support day to day recruiting operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-3 years experience of full-cycle recruitment, recruiting coordination and operations
- Proficiency with ATS platforms
- Experience with a high-volume recruitment process
- This role will assist with the tactical duties required to successfully complete a recruitment cycle.
- The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections and trust both internally and externally;

- Must enjoy project-based assignments;
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders

- Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment;

Compensation
- $70,000-$78,000 per year.
- Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.
- Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
