About the role
- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Hodges, SC facility.
- Analyzing and effecting improvements on facilities because of observations made during preventive maintenance.
- Participating in regularly scheduled maintenance stops.
Requirements
- Experience working in a maintenance, mechanical, or electrical position (preferably in a heavy industrial environment)
- Knowledge and application of manufacturing safety
Nice to have
- Associates degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or relevant program
- Preventative maintenance and repairs on various manufacturing and facilities equipment (pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, conveyor, HVAC systems, fire systems, etc.)
- Knowledge of Electrical (110-480VAC and 0-36VDC), PLC's, Controls, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gas systems considered a plus
- Experience working in a foundry (Hodges is a cast iron foundry) is preferred
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office, ACAD, E-drawing, QAD, and Llumin is preferred
- Usage on manual, electrical, and pneumatic tools for repairs and diagnostics.
