Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements internal and external communication and
  • Partners with the Chief of Staff and Product team to develop positioning,
  • Identifies key targets, develops tailored engagement approaches, and informs
  • Reviews market data and customer feedback to develop recommendations
  • Leads the development of sales enablement materials, serving as the voice of marketing and sales in the creation of case studies, one-pagers, conference collateral, and other customer-facing assets that support pipeline generation and conversion across Zen Educate's service lines.
