The ideal candidate combines FP&A, manufacturing finance, program finance, systems integration, and operational excellence with a passion for continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
As the company scales, this role will become central to protecting margins, improving resource utilization, identifying execution risk early, and enabling faster, data-driven leadership decisions.

Own the financial operating rhythm of the business, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reviews
Develop integrated financial and operational KPIs across Engineering, Programs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations
Build executive dashboards that provide leading indicators, not simply historical financial reporting
Design financial visibility into every major program from proposal through production
Identify cost overruns early and develop corrective action plans
Develop KPI frameworks around:
Drive gross margin improvement through operational analysis
Design scalable finance and operational processes that support rapid company growth
Develop automated dashboards pulling data across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance
We specialize in mission-critical technology services for government and private sector customers, ensuring excellence in aerospace systems design, performance, and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
10+ years leading operational finance within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
Experience supporting complex engineering development programs
Experience integrating financial, operational, and manufacturing data
Experience supporting executive decision-making with operational metrics rather than purely financial reporting
Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other high-complexity hardware environments
Experience supporting production scale-up and operational maturity in a growing company
Familiarity with earned value management, defense program execution, and manufacturing performance systems
This role partners directly with Engineering, Programs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Leadership to build the KPIs, reporting systems, financial processes, and operational cadence required to scale a world-class defense manufacturer.

Integrate ERP, MRP, PLM, MES, and financial systems into a single management reporting framework
Eliminate manual reporting through automation and process standardization
