About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $77,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.
  • Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide written summaries and feedback on reviewed appraisals, document issues and suggest necessary revisions. When necessary, provide and develop a second opinion of value.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Perform all assigned administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.
  • Support the training and development of other appraisers and analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 6-8 years of appraisal experience specializing in specific types of and complex assignments
  • Certified (residential or Commercial)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)

Compensation

  • These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
