Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
  • 1+ years of ambulatory oncology RN experience with proficient IV insertion skills
  • or 3+ years inpatient chemotherapy/biotherapy infusion or ICU experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 1+ years Peripheral IV Insertion skills
  • 1+ years Phlebotomy skills
  • 1+ years experience EPIC EMR, including Beacon application
  • ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Provider Card required upon completion of Allina onboarding, within 30 days of hire
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®) from the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation must be obtained within 3 years of hire required for those hired before April 1, 2024
  • for those hired on/after April 1, 2024, must obtain within 30 months
  • Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required

Compensation

  • $42.92 to $66.83 per hour
  • The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range.
  • Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
