Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
- 1+ years of ambulatory oncology RN experience with proficient IV insertion skills
- or 3+ years inpatient chemotherapy/biotherapy infusion or ICU experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 1+ years Peripheral IV Insertion skills
- 1+ years Phlebotomy skills
- 1+ years experience EPIC EMR, including Beacon application
- ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Provider Card required upon completion of Allina onboarding, within 30 days of hire
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®) from the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation must be obtained within 3 years of hire required for those hired before April 1, 2024
- for those hired on/after April 1, 2024, must obtain within 30 months
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required
Compensation
- $42.92 to $66.83 per hour
- The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range.
- Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.

- Delivery of chemotherapy, biotherapy and supportive care to hematology/oncology patients in accordance with Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards, and Allina Health Cancer Institute Policy.
- Completes Patient Assessment and Education.
- Collaborates with health care team in order to coordinate and maintain continuity of care.
