About the role

The Director of Recruiting will report to the Sr.
Director of Recruiting and will play a critical role in driving Lumio Dental's talent acquisition strategy.
This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to execute.

Responsibilities

This leader will oversee recruiting operations and continuously improve recruiting processes to support business growth.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Recruiting to help scale our recruiting efforts, strengthen our processes, and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
The successful candidate will have sales mindset, and passion for building relationships.
