About the role
- You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be based onsite at the Strongsville, Ohio.
- Teams work together on-site Monday through Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities
- Maintain production schedules that balance customer demand, inventory, capacity, and operational priorities while managing schedule changes and production priorities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical, Demand Planning, and Raw Material Planning to support product launches, transfers, phase-outs, and overall supply chain execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing planning and inventory processes, supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, using data to improve performance, and participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- As the Finished Goods Planner, you will balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory strategy, and operational constraints to develop an executable production plan that delivers outstanding customer service while optimizing inventory and manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related operations.
- Working knowledge of ERP planning systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
