Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Spectrum Management Certifications, or related discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Cellular System Operations, Radio and Radio Frequencies (RF) and Spectrum Management.
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
Skills
- Possess experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with the customer to facilitate training objectives.
- Practical knowledge of commonly applied telecommunication approaches, methods, and techniques.
- Cyber training programs effectively. Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

- Overall RF Spectrum Engineering and management at MuTC and Camp Atterbury, IN with respect to the MuTC Multidomain operations.
- Coordinate spectrum request through state and federal entities
- Conduct and monitor spectrum baselines, monitor during Testing, Training, and Experimentation (TTE)
- Local deconfliction for TTE
