About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic studio production environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily studio setup and breakdown, including preparing stage, lighting, props, and talent needs for all scheduled shoots
- Partner with directors and producers during blocking to ensure alignment on class flow, equipment, and on-screen materials
- Monitor and flag any inconsistencies or issues during rehearsals and live shoots, helping maintain production quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked studio environment, including restocking kitchen and bathroom essentials, and supporting shared spaces
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures, including powering studio equipment, setting lighting states, and resetting spaces
- Perform routine upkeep such as cleaning equipment, wiping surfaces, and maintaining stage floors
- Team & Production Support
- Provide general support to the Production Manager, Office Coordinator, and broader studio team with runs, errands, and ad hoc requests

- This role is highly hands-on, requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
