Responsibilities
- You'll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team.
- You'll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks - and we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
- Motivation & Drive: You're goal-oriented, organized, and eager to grow.
- You'll sometimes work outside standard hours to support resident events or assist during weather challenges.
Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: You're a great listener, and you can confidently and warmly connect with others, both in person and in writing.
- You are game to help, even if something does not fall under your job description.

Compensation
- Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $20/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
