- Munters, a global leader in energy-efficient climate solutions, is hiring an R&D Manufacturing Systems Specialist to drive innovation at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing. This role will lead to the development of automated wiring harness processes while improving overall product manufacturability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated wiring harness processes from design to production
- Integrate electrical and mechanical designs (SolidWorks)
- Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support product launches, prototype builds, and production optimization
- Collaborate across R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks, or similar tools
