About the role

  • We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
  • This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
  • We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Hourly Rate: $20 - $24/hr

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred
