About the role
- The Finance Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Company's accounting operations, financial reporting processes and finance transformation initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager leads a team of 2 accounting professionals, and oversees the day-to-day accounting function. The Finance Manager will support
- post-merger integration efforts, process automation and AI initiatives, tax and transfer pricing compliance, and other strategic projects designed to strengthen the Company's financial infrastructure and support its continued growth. Core Responsibilities

- Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Ensure financial information is complete, accurate and compliant with applicable accounting standards
- Finance Operations and Process Improvement
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on indirect tax matters
Compensation
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
