Working directly with product management and software engineering teams, we ensure architecture plans transition successfully to delivery and operation.

We research and produce architecture options for business projects and major initiatives, align projects with strategic priorities and policies, own and maintain explanatory views of extant systems, and guide tool and vendor strategy.
