This role is classified as an entry-level position and offers a starting annual salary of $50,000.

Provide comprehensive support to all levels of the sales organization in understanding and utilizing apps and tools for viewing and tracking their commissions, bonuses, and sales production.
Manage account-level commission adjustments while applying contractual and financial principles, ensuring accurate impact assessment on commissions and bonuses.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to develop an extensive understanding of Colonial Life's sales organization including compensation plans, commission schedules, incentive programs, and available contracts.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
Skilled in computer operations, Microsoft software proficiency, virtual communication, system-based applications, and general technology.

The Compensation Analyst is a field facing role that is accountable for maintaining high-quality relationships with all levels of the sales organization.
