About the role

  • Brand is one of the most important levers in Replit's go-to-market motion - not just for awareness, but as a direct driver of trust, differentiation, and long-term user loyalty in an increasingly crowded AI landscape.
  • You'll define how the world sees Replit - the story we tell, the emotions we evoke, and the cultural position we occupy - and translate that into campaigns, creative, and executions that make people feel something.
  • You'll have significant creative latitude and work in close collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Social, and Influencer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand campaigns end to end: Conceive, build, and execute integrated brand campaigns (awareness, cultural moments, product narrative arcs) from brief to launch to measurement
  • Creative Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own the strategy & execution of 360 creative campaigns, ensuring strong briefs, clear processes and exceptional execution.
  • Strategy & Planning: Lead the strategy, planning, including aligning on business objectives and priorities, defining the product and audience specific growth narrative for the year, developing a strategy to meet brand/business goals.
  • Partner with Creative: Work closely with creative, design, production, and copy to ensure all brand outputs are high-craft and on-strategy
  • Agency & Creative Management: Work directly with multiple agencies, internal creative, production, business affairs, and PR agencies to build break-through, consumer-centric work that is focused on driving short and medium term audience growth, product trial and overall user engagement.
  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience at a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company, with a clear track record of building and evolving brands that people care about
  • Experience leading & developing best in class campaigns, with a proven ability to develop robust G2M plans and break through creative executions.
  • Partner with Creative: Work closely with creative, design, production, and copy to ensure all brand outputs are high-craft and on-strategy; you should have a strong enough creative eye to push the work

Requirements

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and at speed
  • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Experience in data-led decision making
  • ability to interpret extensive data and identify the opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Impeccable creative judgment: you know great work when you see it, you know how to brief for it, and you're not afraid to push back when it misses

Nice to have

  • Experience at consumer tech, B2C, or AI company
  • Background working with or managing external creative agencies
  • A point of view on what makes AI brands distinct - and what most of them get wrong
  • Active Replit user
