About the role
- Plenful is hiring Senior Product Managers to join our founding PM team.
- As we move into our next phase of growth, we're focused on productizing solutions that solve complex customer problems at scale.
- We're looking for PMs who bring structure, ownership, strong customer intuition, and a builder mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development from discovery to launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality solutions.
- Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, iteration, and commercial outcomes.
- Define and track success metrics, using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
- Build a feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence.
- You use AI tools deliberately to make your own work exceptional.
