About the role
- The Director of Food & Beverage manages the Food & Beverage operations onboard which includes all restaurants, bars, & lounges, in suite dining, stewarding and crew dining areas.
Responsibilities
- This position's primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of food quality and service and to lead, mentor and develop their teams through start with the heart leadership.
- The Director of Food and Beverage will work closely with the Yacht General Manager to create and implement innovative culinary concepts, manage budgets, and maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of food and beverage management experience, including 3-5 years in a senior management role.
- Must have exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
- Must be fully versed with food & beverage operational systems.
- A H ospitality Management Degree is preferred, however not mandatory, with relevant experience in Leadership Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or diplomas in culinary arts, food and beverage management, wine certification, or related areas are considered ideal.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of food and beverage management experience, including 3-5 years in a senior management role. Luxury hospitality experience is required, with yacht or luxury cruise line operations highly preferred. Candidates without prior sea-based experience must demonstrate senior-level leadership in land-based luxury environments, such as five-star hotels, luxury resorts, or Michelin-star (or equivalent) high-end restaurants. Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Must have exceptional communication skills and command of English language. Must be fully versed with food & beverage operational systems.
Nice to have
