About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Perform active lead generation through door-to-door sales and local sources of business.

  • Our Roofing Canvasser will engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generate leads and promote Bone Dry Roofing Services.

Requirements

  • Work Environment
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.

  • Hourly rate of $15.16 with Incentive Plan of $50 per set and kept appointments (cancelled appointments are excluded from incentive plan), Sales Plan bonus of $50 per sold appointment resulting from your canvassing lead
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans available to full-time employees
  • Company Paid Life, & Short-Term Disability Insurance up to a specified amount
  • Paid Time Off and Paid holidays (after 90 days of service, in accordance with company policy)
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of neighborhood coverage and client interactions to ensure effective follow-up.
