About the role

  • Asset management and operations span a wide range of activities all directed toward the same goal: maximizing the profitability of the assets.
  • The Senior Associate Wind Technician or Assistant Facility Manager (job title is determined based on level of relevant experience) is integral to help the Facility Manager achieve this goal.
  • This position will report to the Facility Manager.

Requirements

  • Share proven practices with peers at other facilities.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in operations and maintenance of a wind energy facility, preferably GE 2.X or larger wind turbines.
  • Minimum of three years of experience supervising direct reports or contractors.
  • Good quantitative analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Occasional travel is required.

Nice to have

  • Good general knowledge of substation and medium voltage equipment.
  • Experience and/or certifications with GE Cypress Series Wind Turbines.

Compensation

  • $80,000-105,000 depending on experience.
