Responsibilities
- Assemble and perform electrical installation of new production equipment in accordance with layout requirements.
- Assist the Process & Maintenance Engineer in providing technical support to the Production area in evaluating process/equipment deficiencies, failures & modifications.
- Maintain in an organized and proper condition all tools.
- Leads and trains process and manufacturing mechanics in the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/facilitator
- Supports ETHICON Production System (EPS) by identifying, evaluating and resolving problems.
- Support manufacturing in the day-to-day troubleshooting situations and actively participates on Integrated Production Team's (IPT).
- Interface with appropriate manufacturing representatives to ensure manufacturing operations and projects receive effective technical support in alignment with EPS.

Requirements
- Minimum of (6) six years of relevant work experience is required.
- Fully Bilingual, written & Oral (Spanish & English) is required.
- C andidate must be available to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Optimize manufacturing systems as required (e.g., modifications of programmable logic controller, development of new techniques).
- Must be willing to work all shifts of a three-shift operation.
- Provide good customer service to all Business Units, as required
- Associate Degree is required. Associates Degree in Electronics or related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
