Responsibilities
- As a Mechanical Engineer I, you will modify standardized motor designs to meet customer requirements using lean design principles and guidelines.
- This job requires a moderate level of electrical and/or mechanical motor design and analysis competency.

- Creates or modifies mechanical designs of motors and mechanical parts to meet customer specifications, considering applicable lean design standards and guidelines
- Creates or modifies electrical designs of motor and electrical parts to meet customer specifications, considering applicable lean design standards and guidelines
- Provides technical support and data to other business functions
