Responsibilities
- Analyze service orders to determine appropriate circuit design.
- Maintain facility inventory systems to ensure accurate and complete facility assignments.
- Provide technical support and interpretation as requested.
- Ability to initiate and comprehend complex designs and arrange detailed information in a logical format.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a precise attention to detail in an interrupted work environment.
- Self-initiated to gain the knowledge necessary to perform job duties at a high level in a technically changing environment.
- Willingness to drive towards a goal and do what it takes to get a job done, which may include off hours and weekend work.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a telecommunications circuit design role that encompassed all aspects of circuit design from order acceptance to published CLR for all types of circuits required.
- Hands-on knowledge of telecommunications equipment configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce and Metasolv database applications.
- In depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols.
- Practical knowledge of Wavelength/Ethernet/IP networks and technology,.
Compensation
- $61,100 - $94,000 USD/annually.
- The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role.
- It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
- Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
