- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to establish a loyal clientele base.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to strategize, plan, and execute sales objectives effectively.
Requirements
- Self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Professional and well-groomed personal appearance to represent the dealership.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen.
