About the role

Requirements
- Experience improving platform resiliency such as multi region architectures
- Track record of evolving teams from good to great
- Masters Degree in Computer Science
Nice to have
- Establish clear engineering standards around quality, reliability, testing, and documentation
- Improve execution rigor including planning, sprint hygiene, and measurable outcomes
- Experienced engineering leader (8-12+ years in engineering, 4+ years managing senior engineers or managers).
- Strong background in microservices architectures and high availability systems
- Proven ability to operate in regulated or compliance sensitive environments
- Experience in fintech strongly preferred
- credit domain experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated track record of raising engineering standards and improving execution discipline
