Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

2 transfer filings in the last year, covering 2 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 9 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers.
  • And that's where you come in: Foundry is a standalone division inside Instructure, built to generate new revenue with AI-built products.
  • In an era where AI generates most of the code, you're the person who makes sure it's right-fast enough for a pilot, sound enough to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the architectural integrity of the product. If it ships, you stand behind it.
  • Build hands-on in Git with AI development tooling, moving at pilot pace early and hardening the product as it heads toward general availability.
  • Decide what's safe to ship now and what genuinely needs a closer look, and own that judgment.
  • Partner closely with a non-technical Founder, translating between product intent and what the system can actually do.
  • Fluency, or fast-developing fluency, with AI-assisted development.
  • Own the architectural integrity of the product.
  • We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome.
  • the Founder owns the bet, and you own whether what gets built actually holds up.
  • You'll build hands-on every day with a token budget, partner closely with a non-technical Pod Founder, and rely on a shared platform and operating team so you stay focused on the product.

Requirements

  • Proven experience shipping production software and owning its reliability and security in the real world.
  • Comfort owning security and scale yourself, without a platform team as a backstop.

Nice to have

  • Competitive compensation, plus all full-time employees participate in our ownership program - because everyone should have a stake in our success.

Compensation

  • Generous time off, including local holidays and our annual "Dim the Lights" period in late December, when teams are encouraged to step back and recharge based on departmental needs.

Benefits

  • Flexible work culture.
  • Comprehensive wellness programs and mental health support
  • Learning and development resources, including professional development tools and tuition reimbursement, to support your growth

Company info

  • The pace is fast and transparent, and we measure ourselves on revenue, not activity.
  • Take responsibility for code quality, security, and scalability across agentically generated code, leveraging the shared harness so you're not rebuilding plumbing.
  • Direct and verify far more code than you hand-write, and catch what matters before it ships.
  • Write context back to the shared system so the Founder and the operating team work off the same surface, not guesswork.
  • Senior engineering judgment: you direct and verify AI output at high volume rather than authoring every line.
