- In this role, the Product Management Associate works closely with Engineering Adhesives commercial teams, product management, marketing communications, supply chain, operations, and research and development teams.
- This role ensures alignment with market strategies and the integration of product plans into internal systems.
Responsibilities
- The Product Management Associate supports the execution of product strategies and day-to-day product management activities.
- The Product Management Associate assists in driving product profitability, validating costs, managing the tactical aspects of the product lifecycle, and providing product support.
- This position interfaces with internal stakeholders, including the Global Engineering Adhesives Product Management team, Commercial Business Leaders, Technology Directors, Supply Chain and Operations teams, Finance partners, and Human Resources leadership.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a product management, commercial, marketing or communications type of role in a business or agency environment.
- Ability to apply and interpret standard database and spreadsheet information
- Ability to consolidate and present data in meaningful formats
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% domestically, as applicable
- To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.
- Assists with commercial quotes and transfer price requests by providing costing, shipping, and other required information for the EPower, Clean Energy, and Electronics segments
Nice to have
- SAP and Excel experience preferred
Compensation
- The salary for this role is $72,000 - $93,000.
