About the role

  • Hopscotch takes a team approach to serve patient needs and provide the best care possible.
  • The Hopscotch Care Team is responsible for delivering high-touch, high-quality care to patients, including coordination of care across different physicians and within the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Room patients efficiently, gather necessary information, and support timely provider flow
  • Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
  • Deliver care within scope of certification (e.g., vaccine administration)
  • Support additional diagnostic and care needs in collaboration with the team
  • Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens; complete basic waived lab tests
  • Care Team Collaboration and Patient Support:
  • Provide telephonic support to patients, in line with protocols and physician direction
  • Maintain clinic readiness by stocking exam rooms and ordering supplies
  • Perform routine quality control checks, including infection control, equipment QA, and monitoring for expired medications/supplies

  • Experience with an EMR and similar technology

Compensation

  • Compensation range for this position is between $20 - $24 per hour depending on clinic location and candidate experience/qualifications.
