About the role
- The Ticket Office Coordinator assists with the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket Office, supporting the sale, distribution, and reconciliation of tickets for NCAA athletic events.
- Coordinate ticket sales and distribution for athletic events, including volleyball, basketball, baseball, and other sports.
- Process season tickets, mini-plans, group sales, and individual game ticket orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket inventory and seating assignments within the ticketing software system.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, complimentary admissions, and ticket allocations.
- Support the implementation of mobile ticketing and digital ticket delivery.
- Build positive relationships with fans, donors, season ticket holders, and campus constituents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- One to three years of experience in ticket operations, customer service, sales, or athletics administration.
- Experience working with computerized ticketing systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information and financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by athletic schedules.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor event environments.
- Experience in NCAA Division I, II, or III athletics.
