About the role
- The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing inbound shipments at Phase V Fulfillment's warehouse facility.
- This role ensures incoming inventory is properly received, inspected, logged into ShipHero, and put away in accordance with warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and staging area
- Support bin organization and re-slotting initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout a shift
- Ability to safely operate manual and/or powered material handling equipment
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- experience with warehouse management systems (ShipHero) a plus
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping labels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Forklift and/or pallet jack certification preferred but not required (training may be provided)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Compensation
- Competitive pay: USD $18 - $20 based on experience.
