About the role

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in health care or human services field.
  • Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness, trauma, and/or chronic health conditions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification is preferred.
