Responsibilities
- Manage and execute special projects on behalf of the CEO across departments (e.g., strategy, ops, client success, people)
- Own CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and daily workflow-ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the CEO's office and internal teams, partners, and clients
- Draft executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic documents as needed
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
- You will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day priorities, drive key initiatives forward, and serve as an extension of the CEO's office across internal and external communications.
- The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, high EQ professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to manage up, across, and down with tact and precision.
Requirements
- Professional polish, presence, and the ability to influence without authority
- 8-12+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Senior EA, or Strategy/Operations role supporting C-suite leaders
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or similar business experience is a plus
