Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple customer implementation projects.
- Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Drive continuous improvement across implementation methodologies and business processes.
- Develop and deliver presentations, project updates, and customer-facing proposals.
- Support organizational initiatives, including sales cycle support, operational improvements, and practice development.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance project management and implementation capabilities.
- Maintain targeted utilization goals.
- Collaborate with department leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional services, project management, software implementation, or technology delivery experience.
- Proven success managing complex customer-facing projects.
- Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Amtech's solutions and the industries we serve.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience implementing ERP, MES, manufacturing, packaging, printing, or supply chain software solutions.
- Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software delivery methodologies.
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $128,000-$160,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
