About the role
- We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Compounder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to production formulas and quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced
- manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to production specifications. Follow batch sheets, formulas, and standard operating procedures. Operate mixing, blending, and material handling equipment safely. Inspect materials and finished compounds for quality and consistency. Maintain accurate production

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
