Responsibilities
- include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment.

- Nurses on this unit care for medical patients.
- Some of the main diagnoses include gastroenterology, endocrine/diabetes, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary and adolescent eating disorders, in addition to other general medical diagnoses.
- This is one of two units designated for behavioral health patients who require medical care.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council, License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin
