About the role
- GENERAL SUMMARY Schedule plant activities (date, time, sequence) for all plant organizations.
- Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
- Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
Requirements
- Assist as required in executing Asset Suite and Primavera interface programs necessary to develop and manage schedules, resource requirements, and crew assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology, or Computer Science AND 8 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management:
- OR Associate's degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology, or Computer Science AND 10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management:
- OR High school diploma or GED AND 12 years of experience in a journey level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer, technical project management or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.
Compensation
- $126,362.00 - $189,542.00 Annual Midpoint:
- Incentive Compensation
- This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
- Qualifying employees will typically start a personal time accrual rate of 160 hours per year and EN provides nine paid holidays throughout the Calander year
