Lead the system administration, roadmap management, and architectural evolution of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
Perform Administrator functions such as maintaining the models, dimensions and management of user access.
Manage and test data integration between Adaptive Planning and external systems (Deltek, Workday HCM, Excel) using APIs, OfficeConnect, and ETL tools; includes connection review, data flow validation, SQL column verification, loader/mapping maintenance, task scheduling, and troubleshooting.
Automate FP&A workflows and provide technical support and training to global platform users.
Manage training of new system users.
Maintain documentation regarding FP&A system related processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
Professional experience in a Finance or accounting-focused business role.
Technical proficiency in advanced sheets, assumptions, and formulas within Adaptive Planning.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end system implementations or major platform upgrades.
